If you would like to learn more about AYC and the various classes we offer, please feel free to drop by our dojo. Visitors are welcome and we have a seating area where you can stay and watch a class.  Kimeda Sensei and/or one of our Senior Instructors will also be able to answer any questions you might have before or after class.  You can also contact us by phone or email.  Our contact Information is:

Interested in a Clinic?

Kimeda Sensei is available for visits to other dojo. Subject to the demands of his own teaching schedule, he would be more than happy to accommodate as many requests as possible. He has a keen interest in fostering the development of Yoshinkan Aikido throughout the world and this would be the focus of any clinics he gives - traditional Yoshinkan Aikido.

If you are interested in inviting Kimeda Sensei to your dojo, please have your Chief Instructor contact him directly at AYC Headquarters.

Dojo Facilities Available for Rent

The AYC dojo is available for rent during off-hours - please refer to our Class Schedule to see available times outside of our regularly scheduled Aikido, Iaido and Jodo classes.

Conveniently located on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway, the dojo is situated a couple of blocks north of the Toronto Eaton Centre and is within walking distance of both Dundas Station and College Station.  Please visit the TTC website or check out our AYC Map and Directions for more details about our location and surrounding area.

Full change room, bathroom and shower facilities are available on premise in a very well lit and peaceful setting that is ideally suited for classes such as yoga or tai chi.

Any individual(s) who are interested in renting our space must be fully certified and/or licensed in their respective art or discipline and must also have a business license, insurance, etc...

We offer very reasonable rates in a great building located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
